The Cambridge Cambourne 10K, Relay and Fun Run raised £5,000 for the main charity alone (the Maggie’s Wallace centre in Cambridge) this year. Each and every one of your entries contributed to that total so thank you!

Amanda’s story
Fabulous story about Amanda’s journey through recovery from breast cancer with the support of our 2017 chosen charity, Maggie’s Wallace. Amanda discovered running during recovery and will be running the Cambridge Cambourne 10K on 2nd April! Full story on Maggie’s Wallace site.
My Pinnacle Nutrition back for 2017
Great to see Neil from My Pinnacle Nutrition again this morning at our meeting! Following the success of supporting last year’s event, they’re back for 2017. You get to try their range of race and training (nothing artificial) nutrition on the day and … what’s this about a PB promise … ? Intriguing! 🙂
Entries opening 9th December!

New for 2017: the Relay!
We’ve got a new addition to the 2017 Cambridge Cambourne 10K and Fun Run – the two-leg Relay! It follows the exact same course as the 10K and should add a bit of spice … as if that were even necessary. Fun Run and 10K still on too with bells on (of course!). All details are on the Relay page.
Our 2017 charity is Maggie’s Wallace Centre
Maggie’s Wallace Centre is a charity that provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer, their family and friends, from diagnosis throughout living with the affects after cancer. Maggie’s has been providing high quality, evidence-based support for over 4 years in the local area. Maggie’s Wallace Centre is a place to find practical advice about benefits and eating well; a place where qualified experts provide emotional support; a place to meet other people or simply to sit quietly with a cup of tea.
Runners are also welcome to raise sponsorship for their own chosen charities too. Read more about the Cambridge Cambourne 10K’s work supporting local charities.
